To be a globally recognized association of Endoscopy nurses and associates committed to the delivery of excellent quality care in the field of Endoscopy.

Mission
The association envisions itself as an organization of highly competent nurses and associates endowed with a high sense of moral and ethical values dedicated to the highest professional standard of nursing practice towards optimum specialized health care delivery in the field of Endoscopy with compassionate and competent healthcare team.

1. To unite endoscopy nurses and associates of the Philippines and to promote and share highest standards and best practices in the Endoscopy Unit.
2. To provide opportunity for a life-long learning through continuous professional development as specified in Republic Act No. 10912, otherwise known as the “Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Act of 2016”.
3. To develop research programs to enhance nursing education, clinical practice and administrative (management) practice.
4. To lawfully adopt policies and conduct programs for the improvement of endoscopic nursing practice, provided that nurses and programs are consistent with local and international standards.
5. To have an active involvement in dynamic community services responsive to the needs of the association
